Dual Award - UK Degree with UWTSD

UM-Wales’s Dual Award programmes are offered in collaboration with our partner university, the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), UK. When students graduate, they will receive certification from both UM-Wales and UWTSD.

Be taught by the UTWSD academic team through the Dual Award collaborative teaching initiative. You can also study at one of UWTSD’s campuses in the UK as part of the study abroad scheme. The Dual Award programmes are structured, monitored and assessed by both UM-Wales and UWTSD, so you can be assured of the strength and quality of the award.

What Our Students Say

Gueen
Graduate, Bachelor of Professional Communication
"I built a portfolio that enhanced my professional credibility"

Gueen,
Graduate, Bachelor of Professional Communication

“As an IUMW student, I was exposed to industry throughout my studies. This gave me great networking opportunities and helped me to grow as a person. I was able to build a strong portfolio that has enhanced my credibility as a professional individual.

Don’t get me started with my amazing lecturers! They are probably the coolest lecturers I have ever encountered during my student life. Looking back, the decision I made to start my thrilling journey as a degree student at IUMW was the right decision and I will never regret it.”

"I did my practical at the University of Malaya thanks to IUMW and UM’s unique partnership"

Tien Xin Yi,
Graduate, Research Assistant, University of Malaya
Graduate, Bachelor of Science (Honours) Biotechnology

“My practical experience was interesting as I was able to do it at the University of Malaya thanks to IUMW and UM’s unique partnership. I was able to learn with industry experts and able to decide in which department I’d be best suited.

I have also had some great experiences outside of the classroom – I remember paying a visit to Taman Tugu for my class and holding Biotech’s Bonding Day at the University of Malaya where we did kayak activities. I also attended the Kokedama event where IUMW hosted a workshop on how to make the Kokedama plant!”
