Dr Ismail Nizam is a seasoned professional in training and management consultancy, operating in both local and international markets. With over 12 years of experience, he excels in designing advanced educational programs for adult learners, earning recognition as a prominent change catalyst among his clients. Currently serving as the Head of the School of Business at IUMW and a visiting lecturer at the Islamic University of Maldives, Dr Nizam brings a wealth of expertise.
As the Chairman of the Shari’ah Council of Maldives Capital Market Development Authority and a member of the Shari’ah Committee of SME Development Finance Corporation (SDFC), Maldives, he plays a pivotal role in the financial sector. Additionally, he holds a Professional Membership at the International Institute of Risk Management and Crisis Strategies (IIRMACS). Dr Nizam’s contributions extend to numerous publications in esteemed journals and presentations at international conferences, where he also serves as a reviewer.
In the past eight years, Dr Nizam has conducted comprehensive business training programmes, covering a spectrum of topics such as Digital Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and Performance Improvement.
