Strategic Communications and Branding for Sustainability

Lead the sustainability transformation by mastering strategic communication and purpose-driven branding that inspires internal alignment and drives lasting impact.

This course equips professionals with the essential skills and strategies to effectively communicate sustainability goals within organizations and to external stakeholders through purpose-driven branding. It is designed to help organizations build internal alignment and drive consumer engagement by integrating sustainability into their core communications and brand identity.

The programme consists of two focused tracks. The first track, Internal Communications for Sustainability, guides participants in aligning internal values, building sustainability teams, refining vision and mission statements, and fostering transparency and employee engagement. The second track, Consumer-Centric Sustainable Branding, explores how to harness sustainability as a driver of brand growth, including strategies for market positioning, purpose-led messaging, innovation, and impact measurement.

Through real-world case studies, strategic frameworks, and hands-on planning tools, participants will learn to overcome organizational silos, connect authentically with audiences, and embed sustainability into both internal culture and external brand narratives. Ideal for corporate communication professionals, sustainability officers, marketing strategists, and ESG leaders, this course empowers participants to lead the sustainability transformation through strategic communication and branding excellence.
